Repair Pilot allows you to add multiple customer types. Some examples often used are Consumer, Commercial, Charity etc. The list of options here can be managed within the Repair Pilot settings.
Go to your Repair Pilot Settings #
Open the Settings page by clicking your name in the top right and then Settings.

Click on Customer Types #
On the Settings screen, find the box with the heading Customer Settings and click on the Customer Types link.

Add/Edit Customer Types #
From this screen, you can edit any customer type listed by clicking on them. To add new customer type, simply click the Add a Customer Type button. When adding/editing a customer type, you can choose whether or not that type of customer would require the company name field to be available and you can also set a default discount for this customer type – for example, you may have a discount for trade customers, you can select that here.
