Repair Pilot allows you to preset discounts. this can be a pre defined trade discount, or it can be part of a promotion you are currently running. The list of options here can be managed within the Repair Pilot settings.
Go to your Repair Pilot Settings #
Open the Settings page by clicking your name in the top right and then Settings.

Click on Customer Types #
On the Settings screen, find the box with the heading Customer Settings and click on the Discounts link.

Add/Edit Customer Discounts #
From this screen, you can edit any customer discounts listed by clicking on them. To add new customer discount, simply click the Add a Discount button. When adding/editing a customer discount, you can enter the name and a % discount amount. Once added, these discounts can be added as a default discount rate for customer types, added to a customer profile, or to a quote and invoice.
