Can I Try Repair Pilot?
Absolutely. We offer a free 14 day trial of Repair Pilot where you can try the software out for yourself. Alternatively, we do offer remote demos of the software, where we can take you through Repair Pilot.

Can I Transfer My Current Data into Repair Pilot?
Yes! We offer a free data migration service when you sign up to Repair Pilot. We can import your data from whatever you are currently using, whether it is an Excel document or from some other software.

How long are your contracts?
We offer monthly or annual subscriptions. You can upgrade or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Repair Pilot account, or by contacting us. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your account until your current billing period ends.

What Support Do You Offer?
We offer support whether you are in a free trial or a Repair Pilot customer. We offer support via a support ticket system within Repair Pilot, a chat system, email and over the phone. We offer support around the clock and around the globe.

How Reliable is Repair Pilot?
Repair Pilot is a cloud based software with very high availability and averages above 99.95% uptime. We run Repair Pilot on multiple servers around the world at any one time, heavily decreasing the possibility of downtime. Backups are also ran twice a day and everything is secured with the latest SSL technology and encryption.

How Can I Pay for Repair Pilot?
You can pay via Direct Debit, or via Credit or Debit Card. We use industry leading payment providers GoCardless and Stripe to process payments ensuring complete security for your payment data using the most stringent levels of certification available in the payments industry.
