Customer Settings: Referral Methods

Tracking customer referrals is important for any business, and Repair Pilot makes it simple to do this. When you are booking in a job, you can select where the customer was referred to you from. The list of options here can be managed within the Repair Pilot settings.

Go to your Repair Pilot Settings #

Open the Settings page by clicking your name in the top right and then Settings.

Click on Referrals #

On the Settings screen, find the box with the heading Customer Settings and click on the Referrals link.

Add/Edit Customer Referrals #

From this screen, you can edit any referral methods listed by clicking on them. To add new referral methods, simply click the Add a Referral Type button.
