Sometime you may need to bulk update Jobs. to save you time, Repair Pilot allows you to update the status of Jobs in bulk.

Click the Open or Closed Jobs Menu Item #
Head to a job sheet page by clicking on Open or closed Jobs in the main menu

Select the Jobs to Update #
Using the checkboxes at the start of each row, select all of the Jobs that you would like to update. Your selected jobs are persistent across pages.

Select the new status #
Once you have selected one or more jobs, you will find that a select box have appeared at the top of the screen. Click this select box and click on the status you would like to update the selected jobs to.

Confirm Your Bulk changes #
Once you have selected the new status, you will be asked to confirm the updating of x number of jobs to the new status. To make the changes, click OK, or click Cancel to go back.
