Being able to find the job(s) you need quickly not only saves time, but allows you to help customers and complete jobs quicker. Follow the guide below to see how you can search and filter jobs to find what you need.

1

Searching for a Job #

There are 2 places to search your jobs, the global search and the job screen search. If you are unaware of the jobs current status (whether it is open or closed) – then the global search is the best place to start. At the top of every page in Repair Pilot is a search bar. Simply enter your search term into the box and click the search button. This feature does search everything in Repair Pilot (jobs, customers, items, stock, parts etc.) so try and choose something unique to the job you are looking for to give you the best chance of finding it quickly.
