Overview #
This guide will help you get started with Repair Pilot by setting up your business details, branding, and key settings before using the system.
Step-by-Step Instructions #
1. Log in to your Repair Pilot account #
Use the credentials sent to your email after signing up.
2. Click on your Account Name in the top right of the screen and click Settings #

3. Click on General Settings #
This is in the first box, titled Company Settings
3. Fill in your company information #

Company Name, address, phone number, website etc.
Upload your company logo #
Click the Click to change your logo button to add your logo. This will appear on invoices, the customer portal, and your login screen.

5. Set up your default preferences
Under Other Settings, configure defaults such as:

Time zone, date format and currency

Set the next Job, Customer and Invoice ID
- Set the company disclaimer, payment terms etc.

You can come back to these settings at any time

Your logo must be under 2MB and preferably in PNG or JPG format
