Adding Sub-Contacts to a Customer

Sometimes it is useful top have multiple contacts under one customer. Some example use cases for this are if a customer wants to approve someone else to collect an item on their behalf, or if you want to store the accounts departments for a commercial customer. Follow the instructions below to add sub-contacts to a Customer account.

Adding a Sub Contact #

You can add a sub-contact from two different locations, from the New Job screen, after selecting a Customer.

Or from the Customer’s screen.

Enter the Sub Contact’s Details #

After clicking once of the above buttons, you will be presented with a form. Simply enter the details you require to store and click the green Save button at the bottom of the screen.

That sub-contact will now show on the Customer’s profile, and will be an option to select when booking a new job into Repair Pilot.
