Before you start #
The completed worksheet must be attached to a job. You can open a worksheet to preview and print it, including one that has been sealed.
Open the job worksheet #
Open the job, select the Worksheets tab and open the worksheet you want to export.
Preview the worksheet #
Check that the worksheet and its details are ready to print. A sealed worksheet can still be previewed and printed.
Open the print dialog #
Choose the worksheet’s print option. In the device’s print dialog, choose Save as PDF or the equivalent PDF destination.
Save the PDF #
Choose a file name and location, review the page size and orientation, then save the PDF.
What happens next #
A PDF copy is saved to the location you chose. The worksheet remains available on the job.
Common questions #
Can I export a sealed worksheet?
Yes. Sealing prevents edits, but the worksheet can still be opened to preview and print.
Where is the PDF saved?
The browser or device print dialog asks you to choose a save location.
