Repair Pilot User Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Repair Pilot software platform (the “Service”), provided by Repair Pilot Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


1. Definitions

  • “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Repair Pilot Ltd, trading as Repair Pilot.

  • “You” / “Customer” refers to the individual or company creating an account.

  • “Service” refers to the Repair Pilot web-based repair management software.

  • “User” refers to anyone authorised by you to access your account (e.g., staff members).

  • “Trial” refers to a time-limited, free version of the Service.


2. Access to the Service

You may access the Service by:

  • Signing up for a free trial, or

  • Purchasing a paid subscription plan

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including usernames and passwords for all users under your account.


3. Free Trial

We offer a free trial for new customers. During the trial:

  • Access is time-limited (e.g., 14 days)

  • Some features may be restricted

  • You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate trial access without notice.


4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.

  • Prices are listed in your selected currency and exclude applicable taxes (if any).

  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. We do not offer refunds for unused time unless required by law.


5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activity under your account

  • Ensuring your users comply with these Terms

  • Backing up any data you store in the Service (optional export tools are available)

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service


6. Data & Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

You retain ownership of your data. We will not access, share, or sell your data without your permission, except as required by law.

We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the Service.


7. Availability & Support

We aim to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Support is provided via email, phone or in-app tools. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide notice where possible.


8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to the Service will end at the end of the billing cycle

  • You may request a data export before termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the system.


9. Changes to the Service

We may improve or change the Service at any time. This may include adding, modifying, or removing features.

If changes materially affect your use of the Service, we will notify you in advance where possible.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months

  • We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or system errors


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
