By using Repair Pilot, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Fair Usage
While we aim to offer a generous and scalable service, we may impose reasonable limits if:

You excessively consume system resources (e.g., through automated requests or storage misuse)

You attempt to circumvent usage restrictions or subscription limits
We’ll reach out if we notice unusual activity and work with you to find a solution.
3. Customer Data
You are solely responsible for:

The data you upload or store in Repair Pilot

Ensuring your use of customer data complies with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR)

Not storing prohibited or sensitive personal data unless necessary and lawful
We do not monitor customer content, but we reserve the right to review and remove content that violates this Policy or the law.
4. Security
You must:

Keep your login credentials secure

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach

Not attempt to interfere with or disable any part of the Service’s security infrastructure
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:

Investigate violations of this Policy

Remove offending content

Suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice for serious or repeated violations
We aim to work with customers in good faith before taking enforcement action.
